Keith Walker’s “Home To Me” Hits the Airwaves

Keith Walker’s brand new song, “Home To Me”, is now being spun regularly on the Dickson, TN country station, 101.5 FM The One.  This comes after Keith and his band wowed the crowds at the annual Old Timers Day Festival in May.

“I’m extremely thankful for the great people at 101.5.  It’s the first time I got to actually hear myself on the radio and this only comes once in an artists career” said Keith.

If you’re in the Dickson area, tune in to 101.5 The One or listen online at www.wdkn.com to request and hear “Home To Me”.

Keith Walker opens for Jimmy Wayne at Old Timers Day Festival

On Saturday, May 7th, Keith Walker, along with his drummer and guitar player, played an acoustic set opening for Jimmy Wayne.  The rain threatened early in the day, but the crowds didn’t let it stop them from enjoying the spring tradition.  Fans lined up after the show for autographs and pictures.

“We had such a great time playing this show, the fans were singing along, dancing and we could feel that energy on stage,” said Keith. “It is always fun to open for an act like Jimmy Wayne, we had a blast!”

Keith also mentioned that he is currently in the studio working on new music, which he hopes to have completed by the end of May.
